Terms of Service

1. Membership Agreement

By enrolling in a RepairFind membership plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. Membership provides access to scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and a bank of labour repair credits as defined by your specific plan level.

2. Labour Repair Credits

Labour repair credits are applied toward the cost of professional labour performed by RepairFind-verified technicians.

• Credits apply to labour only, not parts or materials.
• Credits are valued at $150 per hour.
• Unused credits do not roll over to subsequent membership years.
• A 30-day waiting period applies to all new memberships before credits can be redeemed.

3. Service Delivery

While we prioritize member requests (Same-Day or Next-Day based on plan), service availability is subject to technician load and extreme weather conditions. RepairFind is a coordination and maintenance platform, not an emergency first-responder service.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Memberships are annual but can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel, your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused credits or inspections.

5. Limitation of Liability

RepairFind is not responsible for pre-existing system failures, structural defects, or damages caused by third-party parts. Our liability is limited to the value of the annual membership fee paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
