About the Founder
From a young age, Gilbert was drawn to finding simple ways to make work more efficient and meaningful. At 15, he started working on a small poultry farm as a pen attendant and quickly discovered his passion for problem-solving and leadership. By 17, he became the assistant manager, and by 19, he was promoted to manager. Impressed by his dedication, his employer offered to fund his education.
Raised by hardworking entrepreneurial parents, a father who managed a rubber plantation and a mother who ran a successful catering business. Gilbert learned early on the values of honesty, consistency, and caring for people through the work you do.
Life took a difficult turn when he lost both parents in the same year, just three months apart. Starting over in a new country, Canada, with nothing but faith and determination, he worked tirelessly to rebuild his life and pursue his dreams.
Over the years, Gilbert has built businesses with his own hands and learned that true success is measured by the stability and peace of mind you bring to others. Today, as a proud father of three, a devoted dog owner, and the founder of RepairFind, he’s committed to making maintenance simple, honest, and dependable for every home and business.

Repair credits are the built in value of your RepairFind membership. Each month, part of your subscription goes toward credits you can use for future repairs.
Repair credits may be applied toward the labour portion of any eligible repair or maintenance service. The maximum credit that can be used on a single repair is 50% of the total labour charge.
No. Repair credits cannot be applied to parts, diagnostic fees, materials, or third party service costs. These charges are payable by the customer at the time of service.
No, unused credits stay available for future use as long as your membership remains active.
You can check your current credit balance anytime by logging into your RepairFind member portal or by contacting our support team
If your total labour cost exceeds the 50% credit limit, you simply pay the remaining balance, along with any parts or materials used.
